Kali and I were discussing this other day - we like festive. Any excuse for festive. Even cheesy festive. And so we embrace Valentine's day with gusto. We both wore pink to work (my new Gap skimmers came just in time) and ate cupcakes and m&ms for the majority of our meals - I'm going to go ahead and proclaim the day a winner.
I also got to celebrate with my boo who I am very fond of - we fried chicken and went to a play (written by the funniest man to ever put pen to paper) and it was glorious.
I hope that your day, in whatever capacity of relationhood you dwell in currently, was a good one.
